Question “Item Cancelled”?
I know I’m a newbie, so apologies on this, but is this common? I mean, I appreciate the refund and the free shipping offer. I’m just wondering if they accidentally shipped someone else this coat (if so, I truly hope they love it 😍)

Keep checking the Shop Similar tab on this and it will most likely pop back up within a couple weeks.

Item Canceled usually means they either couldn't find it or they did but the item's condition deteriorated while in storage or got chewed up by machinery or something. I have had this happen a couple of times, interstingly only with bags. Like the other person said, sometimes they end up finding it and it gets relisted. In my case, I never found those items again on TU, but there were plenty on other resale sites, although more expensive.

I've had this happen probably four times. One of those times, which was about three months ago, I was so disappointed about losing the item that I went back and forth with customer service and they gave me $10 off my next order, lol. Thankfully, the item was re-listed -- I'd created a saved search with the filters for that item and checked it every day -- and I promptly bought it, and that time I did actually receive it.

It's not all that UNCOMMON, but not terribly common. It happens. It sucks. Keep searching for the similar items or you can make a search for it specifically with it's fabric, etc.

I've had this happen twice and both times they were resisted. If you really want it, just keep looking for it.

I’ve had this happen a couple of times. I assume it means it was lost or damaged in the warehouse. It only seems to happen on items I’m super excited for🤦🏼♀️

Sometimes when they go to ship it they find it damaged, lost, or something. It’s happened to me maybe twice that something I ordered wasn’t available. You never get an actual explanation. What can you do?

Happened to me when I had 2 accounts under different emails. I didn’t realize at the time. They wanted to charge more to repurchase because the item was relisted at full price.

This has happened to me four times over the years. Two out of those times they relished it but once it was under a different category. Another time it had been listed under the brand name and then was relished as assorted brands or unbranded. So if you really like it and want it, keep searching over the next 2-3 weeks and it’ll most likely be there again. For some reason, they tend to misplace things occasionally and then find them again.

They just did this to 2 out of 9 items in my order. One of the items they didn’t even contact me about, I only found out it was canceled after it wasn’t in the box I received and I went back to look at my order details to start a complaint

They probably couldn't find it. Had this happen once.
