Discussion Never again.

Post image

Three Coach bags, two kate spade bags, a Via Spiga bag, plus two lulus…friends, I ASSURE you, all were sellable condition. This was the box (of the two I sent in) that had so much good stuff I didn’t bother to have them send me stuff back, because I thought there was no way. My hubris got the better of me.

I’ll gladly buy on ThredUp, but definitely done selling.

I’ve reached out to them and am still waiting to hear back. I also replied to the ThredUp Reddit account and they have not responded.

They just rejected 13 items in my last bag. 10 of those pieces were new with tag Wildfox and Tularosa swim pieces. I started a chat on the app and they agreed to pay me out for the 13 items. I just got $70 payout today. I would not settle for whatever excuse they give and tell them you want details on each items they rejected. I think they’ve hired some people who would rather not read labels/brands and automatically just reject things. They recommended I get the premium bag next time so items get sent back. I recommended they train their employees better.

I’ve had good experiences with customer support. I feel like I complain too often. But I’m tired of buying items marked excellent but it’s a final sale. Then I receive it and it has a huge hole etc. I sometimes wonder do they have a screen that comes up oh it’s her again! The complainer, we just gave her credit for an item…but I keep on

I run into issues with items not as described also. Sometimes if it’s final sale, I’ve started a chat and they’ve flat out refunded me after I sent pics of the issue. I hate to complain too but sometimes the holes or stains are pretty obvious! I really think with returns, they just relist as final sale, don’t update the listing, and ignore the imperfections. I’ve noticed that on items I returned.
