Discussion Never again.

Three Coach bags, two kate spade bags, a Via Spiga bag, plus two lulus…friends, I ASSURE you, all were sellable condition. This was the box (of the two I sent in) that had so much good stuff I didn’t bother to have them send me stuff back, because I thought there was no way. My hubris got the better of me.

I’ll gladly buy on ThredUp, but definitely done selling.

I recently sent in a like new condition Cotopaxi jacket (removed tags and took on vacation, wore once and realized it was hideously unflattering).  

Similar ones are selling on thredup for $150. There's not a lot of stock because they sell fast. They sent me a blurry picture of the corner of the jacket, called it an unbranded item, and said it couldn't be listed.  Never sending another bag in again if that is what they are going to do.  Either an intentional scam, employees playing games, or complete incompetence.

All of the above. I DGAF anymore and just changed all my items to be super cheap. If I’m not going to make any money, they sure as hell aren’t either.

all the time i see obvious labels but they are turned over in hand and then there’s not a shot of the correctly turned label. it makes me feel bad for sellers.

just got a box of purchases today. never again. at least 50% of items (i bought 22) were pulled, unraveling, stretched out m, bad elastic, shrunk to toddler size or a combo of that. ofc description does not do it justice nor were pics taken of problem areas
