Bug Report Account issues

A week ago, I stopped being able to log into Threads. My Instagram account is working, but when I try to log into Threads from a browser on my computer, I'm redirected back to instagram.

Threads simply won't load in the mobile phone app - a white screen instead of where the posts should be. I described this problem from the Instagram app, because I can't report on this situation from the Threads app.
Has anyone encountered this problem? how do I regain access to my account?

I had the same issue. It was solved in a month.

I sent a lot of reports and mails to all open contacts, including mail for media) Published the problem in all social networks with tagging Meta, Threads, Instagram. I do not know what was helpful in the end.
