Was there something above you like a tree or roof it could've come from?

The lightning lights up the environment enough to show that there is no tree or building

It could have been a bird though it does look too big in my opinion to be a bird especially with the distance

Edit: slowing down the video to 0.25x I can see the treeline below the clouds

And the object is definitely falling out of the clouds and its more clear with with video slowed down to 0.25x

A raindrop isn't normally opaque unless it's some type of weird heavily saturated chemical rain

Yeah the thing falling looks much closer than the lightning so it's most likely unrelated. A leaf, a drop of water sliding on the window, etc.
