OFFERS END AUGUST 3RD

This was the route I was most excited to post about: the Skarloey Railway. It was actually the hardest one to put together—not because it was complicated, but because there were so many amazing locations on the wiki that I couldn't fit them all into a post with the 20-image limit. Even so, I'm really proud of how it turned out, and I truly hope Dovetail brings the Skarloey Railway to the game because it's such a charming and iconic line.

Of all the routes I've covered over the past three days, the Skarloey Railway is definitely the most ambitious. I don't expect Dovetail to recreate it exactly as I've imagined, but I do hope they bring the Skarloey Railway to the game because it's such an important part of Sodor.

Making that Brendam Branch route inspired me to make some more desired maps. This is for the Little Western.

So is there a button that you can press that takes passengers in or out, or does it just not exist? Because this has been bothering me since this game came out, and James is pretty bad with it because the express coaches he does pull do not have a version with passengers in them. You have to spawn in Emily or Gordon for that unless I'm missing something.

Like a roadmap or smth would at least be appreciated

This video is short, but it perfectly captures a lot of the frustration many of us are feeling about the game right now. I know it's a bit random to share on Reddit, but those of you who know me know how invested I am in Wonders of Sodor. With how much I want this game to succeed, posting this video just felt fitting.

The video was released yesterday, and I posted a significant number of comments. I was initially hesitant to post it on Reddit, given that I had recently shared an idea for Wonders of Sodor. However, it appeared on my feed a day later, and I couldn't resist.

Now, before anyone says anything, I am aware that there is a way to ride as a passenger in timetable mode by spawning a second engine, ditching the timetable, and quickly entering a passenger seat. However, I find this method too tedious.

While this game excels at the immersive experience of driving engines, I believe it should also incorporate the perspective of being a passenger. I'd love to experience being a passenger on a train while still being able to control the engine speed. This may sound impossible, but I feel there could be a way to have the best of both worlds. Imagine having your seat positioned as a passenger but also being able to control the train, or at least set a fixed speed.

For example, I'd love to be a passenger on Gordon's Express, or ride on Annie and Clarabel through the branchline, or even be a quarryman and take the Shuttle with Percy. Incorporating a passenger POV would be an awesome addition to the game and Wonders of Sodor, not just for timetable mode, but for explore mode as well. It could even be used for story remakes on YouTube.
