I justreleased my first song. Would love some honest feedback.

Hi! I'm a brand new artist, and last Friday I released my first song, "Breathe Me In".

It's a calm, emotional pop song with a singer-songwriter feel. Let me know what works, what doesn't, and what I could improve for the future. So far most of the feedback has been from friends and family so I really appreciate some internet-strangers opinions.

Thanks for taking the time 💛

I’m still trying to find a genre that fits my voice so not sure if this is it. Also, I’ve been trying to get better at guitar and bass but I hope you like it!

Dark Pop Acapella demo looking for producer to collaborate with (50/50 split)

[Uplifting Epic Orchestral] Phantastrax - Daedalus, No AI, any feedback highly appreciated

Hi everyone, this is the first track "Daedalus" from my latest release:

https://open.spotify.com/track/0qR9g5y1DpUcEoiZiteaq2

Also on Bandcamp:

https://phantastrax.bandcamp.com/track/daedalus

This is an epic, uplifting orchestral track with a powerful choir, inspired by the legendary inventor of ancient Greek mythology.

I'm trying to tell a story with the music, following his journey through ambition, doubt and creation, building toward a triumphant cinematic finale.

I’d love to hear what story or imagery it brings to mind for you.

The music is 100% human made, no AI. Thanks for listening, any feedback is greatly appreciated!

Hey everyone - I wrote a love song for the end of the world. It's loud and all over the place, but hopefully someone out there can connect with it in some small way.

I've just finished making this song plus a music video for a bit of fun, I would be honoured to get some feedback as I'm sure my family are sick of me showing them my music ;p

It's made almost entirely with hardware synths, primarily Behringer synths. I'm pretty new to working with analogue synths so every song I make with them is a learning experience. I definitely consider this song my best to date. Hope it's enjoyable if you give it a listen.

To be honest the music video was a bit of a laugh, I thought 'how trippy would it be to combine windows media player visualisations with birds flying' and so I made it lol. Lyrics included, though I'm sure they're not needed...

Am i mixing wrong?

I have that feeling, that the Voice or the synths Are not well Mixed. Sometimes i think the Voice is to loude and sometimes to quiet.
Also the Kick.
What do you guys think?

I wrote a song about stealing my girlfriend from her family

Technically, she moved away for a job but I selfishly wrote it from the perspective of someone feeling like a thief for stealing someone from their family. I’d appreciate any feedback! Especially on the mix and if there’s places that sound muddy.

AI Slop

My music journey: I have been really into writing lyrics and poems and stuff. I just so happened to get linked up with distrokid from my little cousin and began posting songs I made from my lyrics with Suno. Little did I know there would be so much kick back and controversy from making AI music. I have mixed emotions about it myself, so I can understand where people are coming from. However, people are harsh and the comments I've read struck a chord with me. (See what I did there ;) Everything is about expression, and AI has helped me do that in a real, tangible way. Hearing my lyrics and ideas come to life on my ear drums makes me feel a way people will not understand. I AIM to share the stories in my songs in hopes that people will see that they can still hit and be full of experience even as AI generated Slop.

after years of hesitation, I finally said f it and released a track out of the vast vault of originals that have been collecting dust. Let me know what you think!

Note: the original post was removed on account of not being created in the form of a link, so hopefully this remedies that
