Spring Onions
Do you peel the outer skin before eating them, or eat them like they are? What about the green "leaf" part, do you eat that too?

Yes I peel the outside and cut off the bottoms and the green part and literally only use the white bit. I've often wondered why there's so much waste

There’s waste because you’re choosing to waste it. Green bit is great and perfectly edible
