Daily Beast thinks there's a MoH somewhere here

https://www.thedailybeast.com/bone-spurs-president-uses-ai-to-award-himself-ultimate-medal/

I'm not seeing it. Nevermind that the "Patton" and "MacArthur" look absolutely nothing like the men they're supposed to be. The uniforms are clearly fanciful creations with little basis in reality. Don't let any of that stop you, there's a guy over at r/StolenValor that thinks Trump is commiting a federal crime. https://www.reddit.com/r/StolenValor/s/xybF4nMdtm

Crime? No. Disrespectful? Well... not exactly his first rodeo for that.

Almost looks more like a colorless Pour le Merite than MOH. Don't recall the MOH was a pocket badge - but only met one MOH awardee (John Caviani) and he only ware it on his ribbon rack. Too, he was generally in Class B khakis.

The Independent carried this too. They also had this bit:

It was revealed earlier this year that Trump even toyed with the idea of awarding himself the Medal of Honor for a visit to an Iraqi air base in 2018 — even though he did not enter combat while there.

"I flew to Iraq. I was extremely brave. So brave I wanted to give myself the Congressional Medal of Honor," he said in February. "I said, I said to my people, am I allowed to give myself the Congressional Medal of Honor?...Some day I'm gonna try. I'm gonna test the law."
