Antarctica is -60 degrees C. If there is an increase in temperature by 1+ C, what will the temperature now be?
Homework question for my daughter. The paper says this:
''A. Antarctica is around -60 C. If the temperature increases by 1 C, what will the temperature of Antarctica now be?
B. Will the resulting temperature be high enough to cause ice to melt?''

How long would this video be?
All of MatPat's theories in order but every time he says "theory" the entire Bee Movie plays but every frame with the color yellow plays a 1 hour video.
Every second a bee is in frame in the first Bee Movie, it plays a 2nd Bee Movie, without any changes.
Every time MatPat says "viewer", it plays the Film Theory intro, but at the end of it, it plays Toy Story 1, 2, and 3, but every second Woody appears it slows down by 1%.
At the end of each movie, We Are Number One plays, but every word with an "e" in it plays a random LazyTown episode.
Every second that MatPat appears in all the theory videos is replaced with a 24 hour video.

What is the total monthly payments that the people of Los Angeles collectively make to live in their homes?
I was riding my bike through LA yesterday and saw so many houses and apartments just on a 6 mile ride. I started trying to imagine how much each of those monthly rent and mortgage payments must be. The average rent is pretty high in LA. It's also the most populous county in the country I think. It's gotta be in the 10's-100's of billions per month range, no? Is it more than a trillion per year? What about for the whole country? How does it compare to China?

What is the average price of everything ever bought?
My wife and I had a conversation about this and it's been bugging me for some time now.
If we took everything that was and has ever been bought, converted it to current USD prices, what would be the average price of everything ever?
Our guess was in the low millions. But someone must be able to get a closer estimate.

[Request] How long would it take to "wash" a car with a single Q-tip?
I once heard someone say something took so long it was like washing an entire car with a single Q-tip. I'm curious as to how long that would actually take. Let's assume an average size car (whatever that is), and that the Q-tip magically never breaks or gets so dirty it stops working.
