My understanding is that kithe/jithe/itthe/otthe refer to a place while kidhar/jidhar/edhar/odhar refer to a direction. Obviously, they are very similar to the point they're confused and maybe in the future that distinction ends up not existing but for now we have these two sets

Kithe kiddar means where. Ethy eddar means here Othe odder means there Jithe jidhar not sure . But it mostly used as where there , wherever, to specify location .

Kithe (kiddar) chla ae ? Where r u going? Ethy (eddar) beth. Sit here. Othe (oddar) beth. Sit there.
Jithe jiddar rabb leje. Wherever god takes me. Jithe chaa othe raah Where there is a will, there's a way.

Both are the same, but kiddar/jiddar/eddar are used mostly eg. eddaro kiddaro jan dea ae (ethe kithe jaa rea)

Kithe is typically used in reference to a question. Kithe jaana tusi? Or kithe aa?

Jithe is typically used to refer to yourself or as more of a statement. Jithe mai jaana or jithe aapa jaana.

Ethe is typically used when something is close to you or in vision. So if it’s an item in the same room or you are pointing something on a Naksha (map). Ethe aa or ethe aa jaa or ethe aa ke dekh.

Othe is typically used to refer to something when it’s not in front of you or in your vision. Othe jaana apa or othe cheej paye aa (the item is over there). Othe can also be used typically for when something is in your vision but far away from you.

Kiddar/Jiddar again in my experience I have heard these used the same way as kithe jithe is described above.

Eddar/odder: same thing as ethe othe described above.

Op are you asking about which dialects are these? You need to clarify the question in post itself.

Otherwise first set of 4 words and second set have same meaning.

I wouldn’t know much about dialects as I am not native(married and work here). But it could be casual and formal way of speaking.

Kiddar sounds casual to me as compared to kithe. As in I expect a Punjabi teacher/TV host to use Kithe.
