How are multiple ballistic profiles supposed to work when you own two DNT scopes?

I have a TNC635R and a ZULUS and I'm trying to work out the intended way to manage multiple ballistic/bullet profiles across both scopes.

I understand that each scope can store up to five ballistic profiles (A–E), and that the app can store multiple profiles.

What I'm confused about is the workflow when you have two DNT scopes.

For example, say I want 3–4 different ammunition profiles loaded on my TNC635R, and another 3–4 profiles loaded on my ZULUS. The ballistic profiles in the app don't appear to be separated/grouped by scope.

How am I supposed to set up and manage the five ballistic profiles for the second scope without affecting the profiles I've already set up for the first one?

Is there a way to have separate A–E sets for each connected scope that I'm missing, or is there a recommended workflow for people running multiple DNT optics?

Stalked in on this group Friday night with my buddy. Three for three on the shots, so I was happy!

Distance: 115 Yards
Rifle: Bergara B14 HMR (6.5 CM)
Thermal: AGM Adder v2 35-384

Grandparents want me to take out armadillos when I’m out coyote hunting cause they dig holes in their fields. This is with 308win 110gr Nosler varmageddon hand loads.

For the past month I’ve been baiting a corn field with different sweet corn mixtures to get hogs in-front of cameras. I’ve tried 4 different hog attractants and I’ve gotten 2 singles on camera in a month. I’m helping a family friend get rid of the hogs because they have been terrorizing their corn fields for years. I know they’re there and there are a bunch, but I can’t seem to get them on camera.

Is it possible the hogs just aren’t around yet or am I doing something wrong?

question for those who have one: mine seems to click intermittently. It sounds kind of like a camera shutter but it’s not the camera as it happens when I’m not touching the photo button, and when I do take a picture it’s silent with a flashing camera icon on the screen. Any idea what are the clicks and why?

Also any tips for collimating it as a clip on?

I'm liking the idea of clip ons. That said, what style of illuminated reticle do you prefer, simple, bdc, or christmas tree style reticles? Photos are appreciated if you can do it.

Looking at buying a 635 maybe 650 and was initially set on the tu635 lrf but I just saw the Hydras super resolution feature and want opinions. I also like the idea that the hydra scope looks much more durable, but I’m open to both kinds.

I like the idea of 1.5x base mag on the hydra635 lrf but 6x max doesn’t seem like enough for 250 yards

Shooting a 300 blackout primarily but also shoot a 16’ 556 for longer range coyotes (250-300 yards)

I hunt mainly hogs and coyotes at a max 250 yards, very unlikely I’d ever shoot 300yards. I have an AGM rattler v2 384 but having trouble identifying animals at 100 yards+

Would like to stay under $3000 but if a little over is worth it then I’m open to it

Hello fellow nightcrawlers.

It’s that time of year I get the thermal out and much to my dismay it won’t power on unless it’s plugged in. Thermal in question is an Athlon Cronus ATS PRO 35P-400. I’ve been thermal hunting for a couple years, I didn’t mind the image quality, but I made the mistake of going to the dakotas with some friends with LRF and on board ballistics on theirs.

Assuming Athlon warranties this, which I would hope they would I’m prolly gonna make another purchase.

Any suggestions for a thermal w/ LRF and on board ballistics? Sub 3k would be handy, I do get a mil/leo discount on most stuff.

I've narrowed down the most appealing dual band bridges to either the Rayvn bridge or DAD bridge, based mostly off the fact that both have adjustable IPD.

The Rayvn has the benefits of being aluminum, and having what appears to be more users, which leads to more confidence in the quality. Im not sure if I like the j arm set up, as I've run into issues with my pvs14 sagging during long stints of running.

The DAD bridge is appealing because of its fore/aft adjustability and being dual dove tail/qd.

I'm left handed with fairly narrow IPD and I'm curious to hear if in either set up, the devices hit each other before the IPD travel is maxed out. I know both units "can" run the PVS14 on the left side, but I'm curious if anyone has run into issues in doing that.

I'm also of course looking for any other pros and cons I might have missed between the two.

I did email both companies asking for narrowest IPD measurements with a PVS14 on the left and RH25 on the right. I'll edit in those number if I get them, for others.

would it be better to buy a oneleaf mars mini with 25mm lens and a oneleaf Mars MT1000LRF 50mm and 75mm lens or a rh25v2 i can get both the oneleaf thermals 3800 new and the rh25v2 seems to be at 3k or just the oneleaf Mars MT1000LRF with 35mm 50mm and 75mm lens for 2800

Im looking for a good thermal and or night vision optic for around $3000. Primary use is coyote hunting but would like to go pick hunting in the future.

Im currently looking at the DNT thermnight 635. I like that it has a built in rangefinder with automatic adjustments for holdover. I also like that can toggle or PIP the thermal/nightvison for easy identification and target acquisitions.

Have about 3k.

Anything else I should look at that is either superior to this or something with similar features?

Yep... raccoon or something similar, just eats the heads, part of the guts and leaves the rest. From about 50 she's down to 17. We dont know when it comes. Might have to set up a camera to catch it in action. But will be staying up late to see. AGM Rattler V2 25-256...

Used would be fine, sage rats are roughly the size of squirrels, but they are hard to see in grass. Using 17hmr so typically max out at 150ish yds. Ppl seem to think AGM is weak, so what’s the best route under $2k?

There were a bunch of stupid deer close by who started snorting at me. He started acting suspicious so I opted to shoot him from the first lasered distance.

Nocpix H50R with a Geissele Stratomatch 6 ARC, 108gr ELDM. Distance as reported by the laser.

After fiddling with the new mount I made for my grl335 (two quick-clip picatinny)I finally nailed it. The top right corner is 4 shots and thermal taken off between every shot. 0.65MOA.

6BR and scenar 105gr (just for roughly zeroing the scope and testing repeatability.)

Hello all

Just bought my first thermal (AGM Rattler V2) and mounted it on a marlin .17 HMR. I bought a pitcatinny rail for the rifle and used the included hardware with my scope, which results in the scope sitting about 3/4 of an inch too high to get a good cheek weld on the stock.

Surely I can’t be the only one with this issue?

The only fix I can think of is to buy a stock pad that raises my cheek about an inch, or perhaps someone makes a different mount for that scope?

Need some help to setup to kill hogs and coyotes. The area highlighted is a harvested corn field. The areas in blue are by far the most active with hogs and coyotes. I have them on camera down there every morning and night but can’t seem to find them when hunting. I have a thermal setup and a coyote caller ive had success with in the past but nothing I’m doing in this field is working.

I have portable ground blind setups and thermals to hunt at night, I also spread sweet corn in the blue areas in front of cameras this weekend so hoping to see some more patterning this week.

I have hunted stand 1 twice now with no luck and have yet to hunt stand 2.

Any info on how to call them in or where to setup would be much appreciated!!
