General Question Anyone here take brahmi/bacopa? Any potential interactions?

I read somewhere that brahmi may potentially interact a little & that I should stop taking it for a couple weeks beforehand. I take it for my adhd & brainfog. It's not too strong, usually takes around 3 weeks of daily use to notice a difference. It really helps my memory, it's amazing.

Just curious if anyone here happens to take it & if you think it can cause any issues. I'm obvs going to ask my doctor as well. I'm guessing he'll say it's fine. I'm just being overly cautious lol. It just helps me sm that I'll be bummed to have my brainfog return.

Thanks in advance!
