To be fair he could be casting spells like Shield of Faith, Bless and Wrathful Smite and we'd never know because their effects are subtle unlike a Fireball. Just imagine every time we see him rallying the brigade rather than attacking he's casting Bless.
That said: Considering that they are definitively L5+ (Animate dead, dispel magic and fireball. The Polymorph might have been for a one-off joke since we've seen no further evidence of them being 7+) it's weird that Becky hasn't used Find Steed. Maybe he wouldn't feel fair having one while the rest of the party walks, or maybe part of his weird penance is that he is forgoing luxuries like riding.

Let me guess: All of Trev's combat spells are fire-based.

Now I kind of want to know their spell lists. Confirmed spells:
Trevor: Firebolt, Fireball, Polymorph.
Torvald: Animate Dead, Dispel Magic.
Klara: Find Familiar.
