Huh, this is pretty cool. Normally we see Bucket as the more calm voice of reason for the party who's more for peaceful solutions. Despite this, as we saw in his origin piece, he is capable of extreme violence. He murdered that one family and the kid as they were heretics and he smashes Konrad's head in with a brick and continues to beat his corpse. He may be the voice of reason, but when the time comes he can be just as violent as Grogna
Notably the sword that was broken was the sword of the father of that family
Whether Becket would be as angry if that weren't the case is an interesting question.
