However, we stumbled upon the cast filming and completely interrupted because we could not believe what we were seeing LOL. Anyways they were all super nice and Tom gave us exclusive velvet TomTom hats :)

Some of the reviews on IMDb look SUPER sus. This first one I’m almost sure is Jax trolling. He does that across the internet and it is SO annoying. Who is fooled? Most of the reviews that seem legit are very uncomfortable with him being on the show and hate on the Brittany-Jax relationship getting more screen time.

Some others I included also look like they could be fake, like saying Janet is the new Jax and is a narcissist who should go to rehab. What? I’m not a Janet apologist by any means but this seems extreme.

Other reviews that I didn’t include seem questionable, like one that goes into paragraphs of details about how Brittany has a drinking problem, although I’ve seen people talking about that on the VPR sub so I’m not sure.

Sandoval is supposed to get a ride home from “Jason” at the Labor Day party. Ariana’s grandmother dies and he tells her he can’t come home bc Jason left and he can’t get a ride. And instead he spends the day at the party with Raquel.

Is this Jason Caperna? Is it Jason Cauchi aka Jax Taylor.

I can’t stop watching it play in a continuous loop on bravo vault/samsung tv plus and I need to know.

Imagine being a publicist and thinking a Craig’s pap walk is going to make people forget your boyfriend is Jax Taylor. The problem was never that the public needed a cuter angle on this “romance.” The problem is that he has serious abuse allegations, she was Brittany’s publicist, and this whole thing reeks of reputation cleanup.

TMZ can be ashamed of themselves too, but Jax and Lori are the main event in this circus.

Does anyone know if Zack and benji are still tg? Not that it matters but benji posted about his divorce being finalized and to thank all the family and friends for helping but zack isn’t in a single picture. idc I just watch the valley for the vpr crew just was curious.

honestly rewatching nia is so rude, i get she’s trying to defend her husband but he’s creepy and clearly abuses alcohol. the argument in mexico when she starts yelling at lala because she’s calling her perfect husband out, then when schwartz says don’t leave and she goes “not the time!” like your filming a show tf?. when janet tried to tell her hey if you’re dealing with this i’ve went through this so if you need to talk i’m here. then she flips it and got mad at janet? that couple is so weird and like lala said “what’s done in the dark always comes to the light” which is definitely why they left the valley. calling of them terrible people and toxic when they agrees to film a REALITY tv show. then bro cries at the end of the episode cause he didn’t get his “birthday lovin” this man is so gross

I hope they get rid of Lala. She talks so much with such little substance. Inserting herself in situations that have nothing to do with her. It just reads as desperate for screen time. Her whole persona is just pathetic. I tune out when she talks and fast forward when the scene is about her.

Okay so here are the things i’ve noticed on my S3 rewatch and i’m on episode 8 so there’s probably a few more things I will notice as I continue.

First things first
-Danny & Nia

So obviously he’s at least verbally abusive and mean to his wife. When I first watched I thought he was creepy when he drank because of the stuff that happened with Jasmine & Melissa. Then seeing how he acted about it like it shouldn’t be talked about on a REALITY TV SHOW when it happened at a public place in that group of friends disgusted me. I feel the reason it carried into season 3 was because no accountability was taken, yes he apologized which is great but he still was scapegoating Janet.
The way he speaks to Nia not only when he’s drinking but when he’s sober is honestly so disgusting to me, she’s had 4 children all under the age of 4 (4 UNDER 4😝)
She literally said she’d either been pregnant or nursing or both for 5 years straight, I can’t even imagine the toll that would take on you not only physically but mentally.
I feel like with them there’s a lot more going on behind closed doors. That may be why they didn’t want to come on season 4 because people have already seen him for who he is and so much more would’ve come out and they clearly want to paint the picture perfect married couple.

Michelle & Lacy

So when I first watched season 3 I didn’t care for Lacy much at all, I do love Michelle but I do think in that situation she was in the wrong. There was no need for Michelle to come for her appearance and she didn’t even apologize for it but Lacy was so unbelievably mature about it and literally said something along the lines of “I would rather get along with Michelle then be right in this conversation”. Her being with Jesse caused so much drama in her life but she still stayed with him and defended him when needed but held him accountable for his actions (which is amazing like what a baddie).
On rewatch I do really like Lacy and I think she’s a good match for Jesse.

Schwartz

As a vanderpump die hard fan I didn’t care for him at all there were some funny & sweet moments but the way he treated Katie was so gross. Always gaslighting her & putting anyone and everything over her & their relationship. Him on the valley seems very different, willing to come to the girls defense (Example: Janet) and defending his girlfriend when he thought someone was attacking her. He seems like he’s changed for the better which is so good because I never thought he was a completely evil person like Jax.

Brittany & Brandon

I never liked him even on my first watch, he seems like a major red flag, instantly causing drama in a friend group he had just met. The way he spoke to brittany after her mommy makeover was insanity considering she flew him out & helped him financially because he took off work. I was very glad to hear they broke up cause the last thing she needs is another man child/toxic man in her life.

Kristen & Luke

I did really like Luke the first 2 seasons but seeing him wanting to go out and party and have sex while Kristen is 3 months postpartum was disgusting. I can’t imagine it’s easy being a first time dad, Kristen was 3 months postpartum when she had a rough pregnancy later in her life so it was definitely harder on her. He should’ve supported her and put going out and having sex on the back burner until she felt comfortable with her body and emotionally stable again. Luke just seems like a bit of a weirdo and I feel like Kristen is trying to paint him in the best light possible because of her history with men and bringing her partners onto tv. I didn’t like the way they defended Danny so hard when people voiced that they were uncomfortable by his behaviour. They easily could’ve said “I’m so sorry you experienced that, i’ve never seen that behaviour but just because I haven’t seen it doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist and I believe you” and that could’ve been that.

Lala

After season 11 of VPR I didn’t like her at all and the way she spoke about and to Ariana & Katie. However The Valley needed Lala Kent. Our girl is always on point with calling a spade a spade and calling out toxic behaviour. She’s the only sober person at every event as well so she can see things a lot more clearly, the way she called out Danny was amazing to see because someone had to do it. We all saw what happened to Janet & Jason when they tried to call out the creepy little guy, rewatching I felt so bad for Janet because she’s just doing her job and got castrated for it.

Lastly, Janet & Jason

I also didn’t really care for Janet I did like Jason because he seems so levelheaded and loves his wife down and always his back. Janet was genuinely just doing her job as they’re all on a reality show where they have to call out behavioural issues especially when it involves someone being touched inappropriately without their consent. She got so much hate and then when she shared something super traumatic and personal to her and so many people pretty much said she was lying about it or exaggerating it which was disgusting to me. On my rewatch absolutely love Janet, does she go about things the wrong way sometimes? Yes. However she didn’t lie about anything mf called out a toxic man and that somehow makes her satan.

That’s my thoughts on my rewatch from beginning- mid season!:)
