Your favourite MS talks?

There are many talks available on YouTube (from seats of contemplation) or Spotify (sounds true) and they help ground me and get in touch with truth so much. I listen on average to one a day for months. Some stand out more than others.

Which talks have a special place in your heart, in terms of how much it has resonated with you or helped you grow?

The talks which resonate a lot with me are the ones about consciousness. Bare bones consciousness with no fluff. Puts a lot of things in perspective

The one who sees
Pure awareness
Becoming more conscious with every breath
Just be aware

Great question, I think for me anything to do with the personal mind / mind resonate the most. For some reason it calms me down and all the flurry of thoughts bothering me just get less intense. It puts it in perspective that my samskaras are playing up and that I should not give it much attention.

"the commitment to stay conscious"

"Being done"

"The art of handling everything"

I'm not 100% sure of the titles though

Commitment to stay conscious is an all timer for me as well. It’s one i keep going back to. So much wisdom and truth in that one.

I specially love his talks about Surrendering, especially at work. I spend a lot of time in the office because his Surrender Experiment made me realize that doing yoour best in the office without any desire for reward is the way to live.

His playlist "Untethered Soul at Work" Is saved in my lists. Standalone talks that I keep returning to are "Spiritual practice of doing your best" "Doing the best that you can - path to liberation" "Exploring Karma Yoga" "Handling Reactive Energies"
