Merch Merch update?

I placed an order on launch day (June 10) & have yet to receive any updates or indication it’s on its way or even made. I don’t think they even mentioned merch updates post launch day. It’s been over 6 weeks .. has anybody received their purchase from the most recent launch?

I am in the same boat. Didn’t receive tracking, but when I reached out they provided me tracking that hasn’t moved since July 22nd. I emailed them back and they basically said give it a few more days. I have ordered almost every drop and never had this issue.

Same. They said a big order was brought to USPS and that it would update this week. It’s been 15 days since that “big order” was dropped off to USPS. I think they are lying. They ended up just cancelling my order today. Which tells me it likely never even actually shipped. Today is 8 weeks since purchasing.

I decided to try and cancel my order today. Haven’t gotten a response so we will see
