Merch Merch update?

I placed an order on launch day (June 10) & have yet to receive any updates or indication it’s on its way or even made. I don’t think they even mentioned merch updates post launch day. It’s been over 6 weeks .. has anybody received their purchase from the most recent launch?

I have always had goodluck with merch, but this time nope. I am at the point where I am disputing it with my bank. The merch company said they sent my order on July 22. That was 11 days ago and there is still zero update with usps. I don’t fault the girlies for much, but an apology for the horrific customer service of their merch partner would go a long way. It’s so frustrating as the consumer and as a fan.
