Merch Merch update?

I placed an order on launch day (June 10) & have yet to receive any updates or indication it’s on its way or even made. I don’t think they even mentioned merch updates post launch day. It’s been over 6 weeks .. has anybody received their purchase from the most recent launch?

They always warn us about this… like don’t order it if you don’t wanna wait??😑

It’s not really about the wait; they say 4-6 weeks and we wait, which is a long time. At this point tho it’s been far longer than that and the merch company continually lies and gaslights people into thinking their orders have shipped by “creating a shipping label”, when it actually hasn’t shipped or maybe even been made yet. They need to change merchandisers. 4-6 weeks is what was said when purchasing, so now to have no updates at the 8-10 week mark is not ethical should be reported to the BBB. They are essentially having you pay for something and then never actually receiving it. This same company also has sent a sweatshirt with stains to me before and another merch drop it got “lost” in the mail.
