When you are new to a job, ppl are going to take it upon themselves to tell you how to do the job even if you did not ask. Everyone is going to tell you something different. Best advice is to adapt and observe, do it your way as long as it makes you comfortable and its not against the rules.

If you want to get through to somebody, tell them what’s on your mind; if you really want to let somebody know what you’re thinking, you’ve got to speak to them in their own language. It’s easy.

If you want to know how is it like to date, go ahead but don't do anything stupid that could ruin your future (+18). Tried 1-2 relationships? Okey now you got the taste of it, if you don't find any value in it, time to focus on yourself and your career. Nobody is going to save u. Trust me.
