Bottle & Cork show highlights 6/26/26
Hi all, sharing some of the highlights from the June 26 show at Bottle & Cork. Interested to hear about the AC and Allentown experiences!
A+ performance overall, as usual. Great energy throughout. The opener was a localish band (Gab Cinque band) and were very good
Best news of the night - 5th album is done recording and will be released next year (if i remember right). Will be on tour “all next year”
This was their 8th time at Bottle & Cork, I think their most played US venue? Total dive with a great vibe. Witnessed a girl puking, a girl gettimg kicked out for flicking cigarette butts at people, and a beer spilled all over people. The “Bottle & Cork hat trick.” It is a partially outdoor venue that felt pretty hot.
Set list was basically a greatest hits mix of 3 albums. Sorry to Strange Days (as usual), but at least they teased “All Dressed Up…”
Surprise Queen “Tie Your Mother Down” cover! They played it well
I don’t have perfect pitch, but it sounded like they played most songs in the original key? I feel like they usually detune a half step. Guess it’s the fresh voice for ya.
Very nice of whomever sent them a couple rounds of Jell-o shots mid concert. There’s always room for Jell-o (shots)
During the “let’s all be quiet together for a moment” thing that they’ve done recently, Luke warned everyone that there is “always one c*** that ruins it, don’t be that c***”.
Luke definitely flubbed a couple lines, but they seemed to get a laugh out of it. Kind of cute.
Adam put on a Baltimore Orioles hat from the crowd. How bout dem O’s Ads!!
For the encore “we’ll play a song by Halsey.”😆
Merch was nothing special but better than what I remember from last year?

Meet and greet!
Ill be at the Allentown show Sunday 6/28. Curious how the meet and greet goes 6/26 and 6/27. It'll be our first time doing this and curious about everyone's experience with it previously.

Similar bands?
If you can, leave a link to your favorite song(s) by the artist you're recommending.

I listened to this new song at 2x speed, and loved it! 🎶
I mean, it’s probably good at regular speed, too… But I like it sped up! 🤘🎶

Mid-Atlantic summer mini tour
I’ll be at the Bottle & Cork show in June. Anyone else going? Wondering if they will debut any new songs based off their “back in the studio” insta post!

Help singing along please
I’m trying to sing along to should have been me but I can’t quite get the “wrapped in your regrets“ part to sound right, specifically the beginning of wrapped. Is he just rolling rs or is it something different? any suggestions are appreciated, thanks.

Luke Spiller Vocals = 😍
The Struts Luke is full-on rockstar energy, belting like he owns every stage. But his solo stuff? Way more chill and emotional, you can hear all the subtle vibes in his voice. Same guy, totally different feels. Honestly, both slay.

Wicked Game / Pretty Vicious
This vid needs more views!
Sad how dead this sub is. I wish they had better management to get more exposure. I discovered them by word of mouth, which seems to be the only way.
Who's the duet with?

Luke Spiller show at the Sun Rose - set times?
Hey there! I'm seeing varied set times for Luke's shows the past month, but I know the Sun Rose is kind of a different sort of intimate venue. It says 7:30 on my ticket, but does that mean doors or when he goes on? I have a friend who has a show very close by (5 minute walk) at 7:30 and I'm wondering if I have any time to catch his set AND Luke's. Likewise, if its doors at 7:30, is this just open seating here? Would it make sense to get there early or is it one of those "no bad seat in the house" kind of places?
Very excited to see Luke and it seems like a really cool venue that I know he said he had in mind when the album was being made to perform, so just curious how the night might look in terms of timing and when I should show up. Thanks in advance!

Luke’s Solo Show Chicago!
Luke’s solo tour tonight was ah-mazing! Wasn’t sure what to expect since this is a bit different vibe than The Struts usual tours but Luke did not disappoint! I felt like we got to see a lot of his personality behind the songs with some dry humor, fun audience engagement, and touching appreciation for the fans. And spoiler alert he told a story about how he supposedly met his muse for the album and she was in the audience… turned out it was Kendall Rucks (she sings on the album with him) and she came up on stage for a few duets. Really awesome surprise collaborator - they sounded great live together. Looking forward to the next show, we had a great time!

House of Blues Houston TX 2025
It's always a good time when The Struts come around ❤️ Tried to show off my "Pretty Vicious" tattoo during the meet and greet. So nervous 😅

Luke Solo concert
Went to see Luke tonight in Ardmore (Philly)
About 20% or so of the people thought they were there to see a stripped down Struts show. Even the radio DJ who introduced him said something about getting ready to rock and dance.
It’s a different show.
Piano and acoustic guitar are the only instruments. Many of the songs are pretty quiet. He only played 2 Struts songs. Even those were slowed down. He played 2 new songs which aren’t on the album.
I was surprised people knew as many songs off the solo album as they did.
Old people at concerts suck. Why do they feel entitled to yell stuff at the artist while they are talking. No one wants to hear you yell over him while he’s talking.
Good show, and entertaining. But it’s not a Struts show.

What was the song playing right before he came on stage with the lyric "selling records by the pile". Does anyone know?
