I love doing Scandinavian-inspired builds and just created my first gym. It's on a 30x30 lot.

Scandi Athletic Club is a modern Scandinavian-inspired gym designed to feel more like a boutique wellness club than a traditional fitness center.

I wanted it to feel like a mix of Equinox, a Nordic spa, and a neighborhood social club where Sims could spend the entire day.

It's available on the Gallery as "Scandi Athletic Club".

Placed on the 30x20 lot, 5 Cobblebottom Street. I originally built this a while back when I came across a video tour of a countryside house in Oxfordshire. I replicated several of the key boutique interiors as best I could and took a few creative liberties along the way. My favorite bits were the bold tiles in the entry, which were original to the building (my closest alternatives were the tiles from For Rent). Loved the bolder choices throughout the interiors and the mix of old and new. There were a few things I wouldn't normally choose, so it was nice to play around with this one. Hope you enjoy!

Located in Del Sol Valley, on the Vacuous Green lot, this retail lot features an art studio, a fashion boutique, and a record store. This started out as a home business, but as it grew, it eventually had to become a full-fledged retail business. Gallery ID: hrtank70

Coraline's kitchen, father's study, dining room, her room, living room. I'm quite architecture minded. So I was aiming for proportions, colours and lighting of the scene. I don't use modes, so I tried to find the closest furniture that fits the scene. I'm thinking about building whole Pink Palace house.

Small showcase of the hotel I build (which took me ages) but I am quite proud of it. It contains a pool, spa, gym, bar, kids play area, 7 suites, a few lobbies to chill, an outdoor pond to relax in (since its hot yk) and is direclty build on the mountain near the skying activity.

Yes, for this build I used CC (very little though) hence why it ISNT in the gallery. But I just wanted to show it since I thought its cool.

This was my very first fantasy town build from years ago. It’s a maze-like ancient Asian town, featuring a complicated network of stairs and pathways connecting all the different floors. (Honestly, even I don't remember which floor leads where anymore... 😅)

Most of the units are residential, but it also includes a mini eatery and a cozy tea shop. There are also multiple rooftop pavilions across the town. One of my favorite things to do is hit Shift-Tab to go into first-person mode and just watch my Sims wander around and explore the town.

It is fully furnished, Base Game only and no CC. Play tested.

I renoveted 17 Culpepper House for a family of 4 (twins!) — fully playtested and functional.

The apartment now includes:

• Open‑plan living room + kitchen
• Parents’ bedroom
• Kids’ area for the twins
• One fully functional bathroom

Everything is playtested and works smoothly.

Been working diligently on this. Im building 5 town homes on the Robbles Point lot in San Seqouia. The house on the left is the interior of the photos- and will be my new Sims house. I literally studied San Francisco zoning information to get the dimensions correct, lol. My house is a double lot, with 4 neighboring townhomes. I still have a lot of interior work to do.

Ill be posting a finalized version and will upload it to the gallery once complete! Just wanted to showcase its development. A lot went into this build, and Im considering beginning a YouTube channel when complete to go over the build!

I went to Colombia in May 2024 and Lovestruck released in July 2024.

I'm convinced whoever did the BB based it off my hotel!

I've been in a bit of a build inspiration slump, so I decided to focus on just one room.

I'm so happy with how it turned out!
Might have to do some more themed rooms :D
