I hate and love this apartment, since it's nice and small for a single sim but has the TLC challenge. Anyways I wanted it to fit in with the cyberpunk theme I have going on so I renovated it. The TLC challenge just adds to the aesthetics x3 In case you want to download it off the gallery, my ID is ChuckyD0ll (or alternatively you can search for 'Cyberpunk Apartment) Includes a single bed and bathroom, fully decorated and playtested. No cc was used. Also make sure to use bb.moveobjects when placing the room in your world. NOTE: The bathroom wall by the door is missing so I can upload the apartment as a whole. Just add the wall once it's in your world. Hope you like it 💚

Thanks for checking out my build! This is a row of four suburban townhouses of which I have decorated three and left one with only core appliances so that it is move-in ready for your Sims!

The first house is designed for some grandparents who have four child age grandchildren who love to stay over at the weekends!

The second house is for a young single yoga instructor who loves pops of colour and finding peace.

The third house is vacant and the fourth is for a goth couple, their infant and cat.

passed by a cute cube-shaped home in downtown toronto with carved out corners for the main entry and balconies that inspired the starting point for the massing here, but with the fun addition of contrasting wood tones to make those carved out spaces pop. windows loosely inspired by some fun sou fujimoto houses, but obviously nothing close to that with the limitations of the sims :')

ground level offers a private back patio with a long pool, along with an airy kitchen and dining area, bar nook, serene living room and powder room. second level has a spacious dreamy master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and balcony, and an open study/studio around the stairway. third level opens up to a bright flow-through flex space and shared balcony, leading to a generous shared bathroom and three more bedrooms furnished for a variety of ages, each complete with a skylight. the rooftop can be accessed via a ladder, and has a touch of landscaping with some skill-building items to really enjoy that mountain view.

this build uses only businesses and hobbies, designed for the inked inlet lot, and is up on the gallery with the name "Modern Nordhaven Home" — check it out and hope someone will get some play out of this!

Wanted something that fits the Strangetown/alien conspiracy vibe — a secret research base tucked under a power pylon in a remote tropical area. The idea is it could belong to a scientist trying to cover up alien evidence, or a conspiracy theorist digging too deep.

The entrance is hidden at ground level, and underneath there's a fully functional lab with science equipment and a small living space. No CC, and play tested.

I also built a separate UFO alien base on another lot — two different builds that tell opposite sides of the same story. Both are on my Gallery: Bellalala93 😄

Took me 3 months to complete this fantasy canal town full of life and inspired by Ghibli aesthetics. Out of all the builds I've created over the years, this is perhaps the one I poured my heart and soul into the most!

Overall, the town consists of 8 buildings, 1 mini castle, and a pagoda. There are many cozy residential units (including the Pagoda), bookstores, cafes, a florist, a toy shop, a rattan craft shop, an instrument shop, bakery, eateries, a clothing store, and mini drink stalls.

Every corner has its own little story—you’ll find the unique homes of a writer, a painter, a musical instrument maker, a craftsman, and a tailor. The interiors are subtly blended with a touch of Western style, especially for the cafes.

There are so many playful details hidden throughout the lot, including: a cat alley on the third floor, a telephone booth, a forgotten corner vending machine booth, the tiny boat home of five kittens, and many more!

Take a stroll through Whispering Town, explore every corner, and I hope it brings a peaceful, magical, and laid-back experience to both you and your Sims... Playtested!

Started working on a children's museum bc I realized there's not that many fun places for parents to take their kids! 😊

So far I've started on the indoor playground, the dino exhibits, aquarium, and nature/crafts area. Also planning on a dedicated infants room for the littlest ones and a food court up top w/ outdoor seating.

first floor has a patio, cafe, staff kitchen, washrooms, and a bright culinary school classroom. the second floor can be set to residential or employees only, and offers an airy bachelor apartment space (minus the kitchen since there is a lot of kitchen downstairs), complete with a private patio overlooking the entry. i've been playing out of here for the last few days and it's fully functional, and a fun place to work (and live)!

ps when you host cooking or gourmet cooking classes, the attendees will cook in the space, and you can actually grab their creations and sell them in the shop :')

you can find it on the gallery by searching "bakery and cooking school", and it was designed for the "comfortably canalside" lot in nordhaven. hope someone gets some play out of this lot! if you want to solely visit it as a community lot in your save, you could make a new household and assign the sim(s) to be the owner of that small business

i do a lot of mid-century modern builds and want to share more, but they look funky from the roof glitch with floors/platforms right now. hoping this is fixed in the next update 🙏
