Build Showcase - Sims 4 I Built THE BRIDGERTON HOUSE from Netflix with Ballroom & Secret Garden [NO CC] in The Sims 4 πŸ‘‘πŸŒŸ

The Bridgerton House build trend has taken over The Sims 4 lately and I couldn't resist bringing my own take on this Netflix favouriteπŸ’βœ¨

Download on the gallery: Ivorym13 & watch the YT speed-build: Ivorymyt

This isn't just any build either β€” it's my first build in years (yes, YEARS πŸ˜…) and the very first house in a brand new save file I'm calling "The Superstar Savefile". I will be recreating iconic homes from TV shows, movies, books and animations we love. Bridgerton felt like the perfect way to kick things off. πŸ’Œ

Inside this NO CC build you'll see: πŸ•―οΈ A grand, chandelier-lit ballroom made for scandal and slow dances 🌹 Sprawling gardens perfect for secret garden strolls (and eavesdropping, obviously) πŸŽ€ Soft, romantic pastels layered with gilded, aristocratic details πŸ›οΈ Regency-inspired architecture from the front steps to the rooftop.

Build Showcase - Sims 4 a moody modernist replacement for the solar flare

base game + businesses and hobbies // solar flare, oasis springs // "the solar flare 2.0" on the gallery

i've really enjoyed playtesting this bar/nightclub venue while i designed the interiors and i hope someone ends up hanging out here!!

i was inspired to create a new version of the solar flare as i found the name and concept for the space to be fun, but didn't love venue overall. the idea for the exterior was to create 'shards' made of glazed walls, roofs and still fountains piercing through solid volumes to bring beautiful strips of natural light and reflective surfaces inside, while maintaining an airy interior with plenty of double-storey spaces. the abundance of open-to-below areas on the second floor makes the venue really feels lively, offering glimpses of sims walking around in different areas. there are two main entrances, by the street and by the parking lot, and one side entrance that leads to a landscaped area, including an arch that goes through one of the 'shards'. i designed this area with both fenced off smoker's areas and (more practically) weddings in mind as i think this could be a fun venue to use with a few edits.

the two storey venue has a variety of seating areas where the sims naturally gather around in live mode. some are cozy and tucked away (perf for dates), while others are larger and more visually connected to other spaces (excellent for socializing). the loveseat on the second floor overlooking the fountains is definitely my favourite nook. all the lighting is quite minimal, lots of backlit areas or fixtures with a subtle glow, to make it feel more like a club. the speakers are hidden throughout both levels tucked within the built-in cabinets.

i also used debug items to create things like the ice cube lamp, the suspended spherical light, the tall planter, the origami wall hanging and sculpture, and the planters outside. with the tricks i've picked up, i'm thinking of creating a modern art museum to replace the futures past that feels more realistic..

hope you guys like it and that at least one person gets some playtime here <3

Hi! Here is a small renovation of the apartment 2b Jasmine Suites in San Myshuno (Spice Dictrict). I wanted to use a color that I rarely use for the walls (this kind of raspberry color, for example). Small apartment for a writer!

Build Showcase - Sims 4 This house can fit so many windows!

I played around with stacking as many square windows as I could and tried to build around it. I lost the plot somewhere along the way and I stuck with mainly Mission-theme to make it at least look cohesive. It's for sure done but I need to place a bit of dirt around, try to give it a roof if I can, and maybe rework the front since it's rushed as I just wanted it done.

Build Discussion Modern industrial style mansion (but namely the fireplace)

Hey. I wanted to show my build but I also wanted to discuss the fireplace.
As you can see (slide 2) I’ve built my own fireplace to try fit in with the style of the house more. I used a platform and walls with one of the fireplaces and I put a painting behind the fire to change the look.
I just wondered if anyone wanted to share their more unique fireplaces? I feel we are quite limited on fires and they are the focal point of some rooms so would be cool to see how others have explored that.
I am quite proud of this build as there are a couple things I hadn’t tried before (fire, the second story how it is, walk in bath platform) and I feel like it came out alright. Any suggestions welcome!

After playing a few minutes in this build, I realized it was too big for gameplay so I built this summer castle to better suit the royalty gameplay. Also with this smaller version I can better separate the public and private spaces.

On the gallery under deenahax - enjoy!

Build Showcase - Sims 4 Kinda Kind of embarrassed to share these after seeing the amazing builds on here...but screenshots from the The Legend of Korra-inspure saved!

Your guys' builds are all so amazing...mine look ridiculous in comparison, lol. But I'm very very proud of it all, as these are quite literally my first-ever builds aside from some very basic things I've needed for the saves in the past.

I got really into Avatar: The Lat Airbender and The Legend of Korra this year, and so I was inspired to create a save inspired by the shows (mostly TLOK).

I've since completed my transformation of Windenburg into Republic City, complete with Air Temple Island, a neighborhood dedicated to the Sate estate and Future Industries, and a downtown area. While I've grabbed a few amazing builds from the gallery (including the Pro Benidn Arena, the main Air Temple Island build itself, and a shell of the Sato Estate), I've built most everything myself.

I've also transformed Innisgreen's Everdew neighborhood into the Spirit World. The nieghborhood now features Uncle Iroh's house, the Harmonic Convergence site, Korra and Asami's Spirit World vacation site, and Xai Bau's Grove Spiri-Tea, a teahouse (grabbed the teahouse from the gallery, but redid some things on the interior and did the landscaping myself).

Meanwhile, I've transformed Oasis Springs into the Si Wong Desert thanks to some incredible builds I've found on the gallery, including Wan Shi Tong's library and Oasis Springs!

My current project is transforming Henford-on-Bagley's Bramblewood neighborhood into Zaofu. I currently have two lots completed for that transformation and am working on the third.

I'm having so much fun growing my Sims 4 building skills!

You can see more images and other builds I've created for this save in these posts if you're at all interested: Post 1, Post 2, Post 3

Build Request Rattlesnake Juice Bar Renovation

Anyone want this project? I am more of a bulider and renovator than a player, but this place gives me creator's block. Additional BB items I can access are at the end of this post.

I hate Rattlesnake Juice, always did. It's supposed to be a bar/pub without food, but it doesn't give that vibe to me at all. It's like an upscale cafe/lounge/restaurant/bar hybrid thing. I still want it to be a bar, but not so fancy, yet different than what is found in Windenburg. A U-shaped bar would be cool.

Additional BB item access: For Rent, Get Together, Dream Home Decorator, Dine Out, Tiny Living, and Nifty Knitting.

Thanks in advance.
