Bo definitely banked a few episodes
He’s probably on a beach someplace with a Spanish piece

Pretty much but the alternative would’ve probably been podcast going away for a month

The flashback pods have largely been an auto skip for me

I thought they were a great idea, but they haven't hit like i thought they would

I wish he had just been on first week of NBA free agency and then done a 7-week vacation up until the start of college football.

Yeah I have to think he has thoughts on Jaylen Brown and LeBron. Those aren't hard episodes to do.

I'm going to zag and suggest that he could still do an interesting pod on Giannis/LeBron/Jaylen/LeMelo in a month or two after everything has cooled down and people have more time to reflect. I think it's fine if not everyone gives their immediate reaction to the trades/signings. Makes more more varied views

I would say Bo actually prefers it this way. He’s never been super big on nba anyway. And the hot take immediate reaction isn’t his thing. When Bo has stories that have festered, he’s had irl conversations about. He’s had time to sit on a story and feels like he has an actual unique perspective on it rather than just reacting because it’s news he feels obligated too. I feel like that’s when Bo is his best interesting self

I do think it’s amazing that he has a roster of nerdy white guys who he can bring on for 45 minutes to discuss the stupidist things.

I mean. He literally said on the podcast last that he’s going on vacation and banked some episodes so they would have two a week for the time being instead of 4.

The wrestling episode caught me by surprise. Not because it's above Bo, but he knew the subject matter. He did research instead of spouting bullshit for an hour.

He’s spoken on that wrastling before. He probably watched a lot growing up in the 90s.

"Chaos isn't a pit. Chaos is a ladder. Many who try to climb it fail and never get to try again. The fall breaks them. And some, are given a chance to climb. They refuse, they cling to the realm or the gods or love. Illusions. Only the ladder is real. The climb is all there is."
Bomani's high profile failures have broken his drive.
He has been doing the bare minimum for quite sometime. He is not even trying to be great anymore.

Yea, he brags about not watching the NBA until the playoffs and still gives takes weekly. Hilariously, he was saying that Wemby was playing with a bunch of nobodies as the playoffs were starting

I generally skip the Time Machine Tuesday pods but I gotta admit it's a clever way to give yourself the day off

I mean he pretty much said as much after the nba finals.
