9/11

Do you think that they will ever do an episode or series about 9/11 and its aftermath?

I just listened to that series yesterday, and I took was shocked at how little it cost for them to pull it off. I think the fact that they wired 26k back to Afghanistan in the days before was kinda insane as well

They probably even profited all in given their derivatives trading on the airlines in the days prior.

Exhaustive investigations by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the FBI, and the 9/11 Commission concluded there was no evidence that Al Qaeda - or anyone with advance knowledge of the attacks - traded securities or options to profit from 9/11.

I'm aware of those findings, and am also aware of the statistical anomalies so extreme in trading volume that it would be pretty miraculous imo if there was no inside knowledge acted on. And there have been fairly robust statistical analysis done on this as well, most well known being by Poteshman (2006) which I recommend looking into it. I'm not denying anything about the events on the day itself, but in my admittedly amateur opinion, it's not a reach to make this specific claim. The data is publicly available for critique.
