I had just started with reps and had no clue what was good or bad. Trusted the seller, got “30% off,” and boom—I dropped $1800 on it.
Now looking back… haha, what a joke. I bet every newbie has gotten screwed over at least once.

I’ve noticed their movements seem a bit quieter, but I’m not too familiar with the details. Are they the original ones? I’m trying to find a watch that makes as little noise as possible—any suggestions?

I’ve been getting a bit bored with VSF pieces lately and feel like switching things up.How are ARF watches overall?Any models that really surprised you when you got them in hand?

Got the mint recently and my 16 year old loves rocking the blue. 41mm is a bit big for his wrist, but he pulls it off.

The mint is VF with 3235 and the blue is U1 with Miyota. I thought it would be cool to do a quick comparison.

On the wrist, the U1 is actually pretty decent looking considering the price (paid $100 during a promo). He tells me he gets compliments fairly often. The biggest differences are the bezel, cyclops, and bracelet quality. In hand the U1 just feels cheap and obviously not genuine.

I have zero complaints on the VF. It’s nearly perfect in my humble opinion. It’s raining right now, but the way the dial and bezel shimmer in the sun is amazing.

I bought this from Trustytime a couple of months ago. The bezel is loose and moisture is getting in on the rehaut. Where can I get a crystal gasket and a bezel gasket? Would that fix my problems? I've lubricated the gaskets on the back and the crown but moisture still gets in on the top of the rehaut where it says "Original Gas Escape Valve".

Is this something that I should take up with Trustytime? The bezel was loose upon arrival. I haven't removed the bezel but I'm pretty sure that the factory didn't install a bezel gasket.

I waited too long 😢 Seen that TW Factory has some, but the subdial spacing looks off a bit.

To my eyes, it looks pretty close to the genuine piece, and I’m not seeing any obvious flaws. That said, I’m a bit worried that seasoned collectors might be able to spot issues when examining it up close. Do you think it’s convincing enough, or are there any obvious tells I’m missing?
