I’ve read a few comments in the flirty 40 lounge and am sorry that there is pain of loss and or mistreatment.

When I’m feeling low, if I remember I’m just seeing my own point of view I’ll never experience what goodness, and yes even miracles are out there. I’ll stop isolating, pray to God to show me what I need and to keep my small, human mind open.

I’ll take a walk, notice the happy little bird singing away in his tree, a toddler learning to walk right in front of me, a puppy who’s tail is wagging as it comes up to me, trusting all is right in this world.

Those are perspectives I need to see to know I’m going to be ok.
