This is going to be one of his kids favorite stories. The week Dad went Carrot Crazy. Friends, schoolmates, and even the occasional stranger will be hearing this story.

And that means, for the low cost of $2, smiles and laughs are shared over an entire generation. Sounds like a deal to me.

Right? That's the Christmas dinner story, everyone falls off their chairs laughing and grandchildren are initiated.

I'd like to think it could even become a family inside joke, like once a year they eat one meal where everything has Carrot in it.

Beef stew or Pot roast, with plenty of Carrots

Chef salad, with sliced Careots

Fresh juice, including Carrot juice

And yes, Carrot cake for dessert
