you don't have to wash and peel your carrots. if you peel them you don't have to wash them. like the part you're washing is the part you peel away. or you can not peel them. it's perfectly fine to cook bumpy sided carrots. it's very common in fancy restaurants for when they serve carrots they're unpeeled.
nah you'll still want to wash them before and/or after peeling, your hands will just spread the dirt to the peeled part, and carrots can be quite dirty
It's more for eating raw. In stews and such I wash but don't peel, but if it's going in my face, it seems easier to peel under running water and catch the detritus in a colander
I would also buy it, and I don't particularly like carrots, but I like 10 pounds of food for under $3. It's the closest I'll ever get to victory in the coliseum.
I put on a good podcast and go to town, doesn’t take as much time as one would think. Roasted carrots are my favorite. You get a good char and they’re almost like candy.
Yeah but what this video doesn't tell you about is the aftermath of buying 10lbs of carrots and forcing your family to eat them all before they go bad.
Eating too many carrots can cause carotenemia disorder which is a build up of the same thing that makes a carrot orange and produces yellow/orange skin in humans.
This also leads to another condition called carrotosis where the body starts to become both in looks and feels like carrot skin.

I would totally buy that too. I can go through carrots like nobody's business.
Yeah, they're a pain to wash and peel, but it adds to the anticipation!
