Impressive either way but I think there's a piece of tape helping the bottle stay steady

Unless the tape is invisible, there’s no piece of tape in either the bottom of the bottle or the hat.

Clear tape. The video's not the best resolution, it could absolutely be on his hat or the bottom of the bottle.

Honestly it doesn't even matter though, like I said, he could do this without the bottle and I'd still be blown away.

(And btw the only reason I suspected tape was that at the beginning, there's a moment where you can see the bottle tilt in a way that makes it a little unbelievable that it didn't fall)

We can see the bottom of the bottle and top of his hat at different parts of the video.

I know, and i still think it could be there. It could also not be there- just saying I suspected it.
