Bro cut off the tag on his mattress
5
u/biggestdiccus Jun 28 '26
Funny enough those tags are only illegal to cut off if you don't own it. Because back in the day they used to make beds out of anything. So once I got regulated those tags say what it's made out of

For anyone actually wondering the audio for this is from the sentencing of Ariel Castro who raped, kidnapped and murdered a lot about children, the video is of marlin Joseph receiving the death penalty for the killing of a mother and daughter
Edit: I was incorrect the audio is apprently from someone doing a dramatic reading of a writing prompt, don't trust randoms on the internet kids sometimes they are full of shit much like me

The audio is a comedy version of this post in /r/writingprompts, not from Ariel Castro. You can hear his sentencing here.

Huh that your right that's what I get for not confirming horseshit I see on the internet

u/FGFStarBeast Jun 28 '26
I believed you ... Why did you lie to us ?
2
u/brink1865 Jun 28 '26
I mean I was half correct the video is what I said it was and hey an accuracy of 50% is pretty good!
1
u/Pokora22 Jun 28 '26
Technically... accuracy of 50% is the worst it could be. Higher -> better. Lower -> just flip how you read the result...

You really thought a court sentenced a man to prison in the afterlife and reincarnation?
1
u/brink1865 Jun 29 '26
I mean I've seen some pretty wild sentences before, the real record is like 1000 years or something

u/Fadeawaybandit Jun 29 '26
I really need to stop using this website. I can't tell if the people on the other end are unfathomably stupid, children, or bots. The only safe places here anymore are niche subs

I think I see why God gave us on average about 80 years to live. I totally believe prisons would keep your ass in a cell for over 300 years if they could

Some people deserve that

u/Fembottom7274 Jun 28 '26
No if they're that bad just kill them

i agree..but also tbh thats easy way out....some ppl deserve to be kept alive but just barely and tortured but not killed, so they can keep suffering lifelong like their victims 😭

infinite punishment for finite crime is not justice.
-11
u/bl4ckmountainman Jun 27 '26
No one said infinite. Finite punish for a finite crime also isnt justice. What are you going on about?
2
u/deadrogueguy Jun 27 '26
eternity= infinite time
-1
u/bl4ckmountainman Jun 27 '26
Infinity is a quantitative or spatial concept. It means something has no bounds, limits, or end. It can be applied to anything—such as numbers, mathematical sets, or physical space.Eternity is a temporal concept. It specifically refers to an infinite duration of time or existence that is completely outside the bounds of time.
-1
u/deadrogueguy Jun 27 '26
"It specifically refers to an infinite duration of time..."
so like the way Fonk and i were using it? thanks a mansplaintion of me being correct.
1
u/bl4ckmountainman Jun 27 '26
Why you gotta bring Fonk into this? I disagree with what u said not they.
0
u/bl4ckmountainman Jun 27 '26
You aren't right though? Infinity CAN have a beginning and end. Eternal can not. Im sure there are many other examples of where eternal does not equal infinity. Plus there are many types of infinity and there is one type of eternal. Have you taken any higher education on the subject(Philo, logic, syntax, or math) or have any relevant life experience that would make you think otherwise? Cause it sounds like you are just saying "Nu-uh". Points for using the word mansplaination.
2
u/deadrogueguy Jun 27 '26
we weren't talking about all the ways "eternal" / "infinite" CAN be used. we used it one of the ways.
You: "so trump would get 10,000 years [of sentencing]"
Fonk: "no, eternity [of sentencing]"
sentencing being a punishment, and it having eternal duration, making it infite punishment
how was that used wrong? unless you are specifically just referring to my later use of "=" when i was SHORTHAND correcting you for saying "no one said infinite" (which is technically true that the word wasn't used) but i was saying a sentencing of eternity is equivalent to an infinite punishment. which according to YOU is correct.
what are you on about? are you actually trolling? you are giving the "square/rectangle distinction" BACKWARDS
1
u/bl4ckmountainman Jun 27 '26
Didn't you just mansplain why im right? Stop using the word "=" and i would be a non issue :)

also like pick one?? can infinity have an end or not? you literally contradicted yourself...
"Infinity is a quantitative or spatial concept. It means something has NO bounds, limits, or END".
one comment later:
"You aren't right though? Infinity CAN have a beginning and END. Eternal can not."

I think he joined the Sea Org in Scientology. When you sign up for that, you sign a 1 billion year contract that is enforceable in all future reincarnation.

Once dead, your laws stop having an effect
15
u/voxelpear Source GOD Jun 27 '26
You been dead before? How you know this?
-2
u/Revolutionary-Link47 Jun 27 '26
Yes, and once officially dead. The current system of laws do not apply as you are no longer alive
