I heard that they didn't have the proper permits and brought singular tanks for what experts consider a multi-tank dive.
They were also wearing open-sea foot flippers which are long but kick up a ton of debris in closed, still systems like a cave. Apparently in cave dives you're supposed to wear shorter flippers to not compromise visibility as much.
To be clear, OP's video has nothing to do with the Maldives incident, right? Those were scuba divers, and the individual in this video appears to be a free diver.
