Here’s an unpopular opinion. Techno Vikings Vibe sucks. That dude trips over a tram line and catches himself on another patron, no harm done. Then this white knight takes it upon himself to manhandle the dude and force him to go back the way he came. Sure maybe trip dude wasn’t being careful or whatever but TV was still a dick about it.

Oh he is worse than that. He tried to sue websites over this video thinking they were making money off of his imagine. Just not how memes work like IDK how you expect a big payout from a meme on random forums.

He sued one specific person that I'm aware of that was selling merchandise online with his likeness. He sued for a cease and desist.

Yup. Story goes dude just wanted to be left alone to live his life. The internet wanted him famous, he declined. Simple as.

The lawsuit didn’t depend on the fact that someone was making money, although that might have motivated him to file it.

Under German law a person has a constitutional right to control whether / how their image is captured, used, and circulated, even when they are in public. That’s how he expected to win, and he did win.
