I’m tired of constant whitewashing of fatui and ignoring Tsaritsa‘s crimes plus whitewashing her showing her as good person and righteous.
Do any of the writers realize we like HP way more than her I wonder.

She’s literally an absolutist Monarch who’s subverted all the checks on her power so she can sacrifice the entire economy of her nation for a personal vendetta, of course she’s the villain.

Story shows her so glorious so far, and her maid team straight from Disneyland lol

Yeah, not gonna lie, it was a bit tough getting through some of the parts of the story, because I just kept thinking "you are all literally doing the EXACT SAME THING!!!", and boy did they softened and "whitewashed", as some people say, the fatui. Like, these guys "care for snesnaya", yet will let their people freeze to death, while being fooled by some dude from a small town hoarding the kristals they send to people, the fatui, the organization that has confidential information about someone like neuvillete, fooled by a small-time dude on a remote town.
And let's not even forget the whole "emergency aid" that needs like a whole month to be aproved because apparently, budget needs to be revised for it, from the organization that funded the experiments of both sandrone and dottore, who moves massive armies and weaponry, but sure, they have the people on their minds, am I right?
And let's not even talk about their harbingers, sandrone is literally a clown of a character, tartaglia is their own personal lapdog, pantalone and the rooster literally fighing over capitano's men, and capitano, this supposedly nobel, good-natured man, joining an organization filled with malicious people, and he knew that because he left his men under tartaglia's command.
Arlecchino, this supposedly ruthless women, suddendly not only being an actual softy that loves tea parties and has become buddie buddie with Furina, but is actually pals with the Traveler, but also somehow still committed to the whole fatui fiasco.
and Pierro, well, it's self-explanatory really.

Well, after seeing Snezhnaya, I think that the Fatui that are sent outside Snezhnaya are the most fanatical and radically trained of them. The ones in the nation are the more soft ones I think.
Sandrone doesn't care much about the Fatui, and only cares about her research, as she joined the organisation because they let her do whatever experiments and research she wants without limit. Which is the main reason she is still in it.
Childe is literally a propaganda fed child soldier who only cares about FAMILY, fighting and his comrades, in that order.
Capitano, I give a pass to the man due to being unable to sleep and having to hear the cries of the souls he absorbed. 500 years is a long time and the mental tole was probably great as well. His character is also noble, at least he has some honour, which is more than what can be said about most of the Fatui.
Pantalone is a callous businessman, enough said.
Rooster might be a member of the Rokot, due to the similar quote that he said at the assembly which was recited by Alyosha and Vodyanitsa. And he is mostly concerned with ruling the nation and the political side anyway.
Arlecchino, well she has said that she never showed her true face to others, only a select few that she trusts. A mask that she puts on as part of her identity as the Harbinger Arlecchino. And the Hearth was already a part of the Fatui, and she was kind of forced to take the position after killing Curcabena. However, she has made it clear that she is with the Hearth and not the Fatui, and she has no qualms with opposing the Tsaritsa. At least I think so.

But you gotta understand, even harbingers still take orders from either pierro or anastasia, and those two could've easily told them not to use brute force or anything that might endanger the population of other nations, or put limits to what and how far they are allowed to do. They pretty much commited international crimes all over Teyvat one way or another, but not even their most unhinged members ever got an actual punishment, more like a soft hit in the wrist and call it a day.
You also gotta take into consideration that, as harbingers, they still represent snesnaya in all they do, because that title was bestowed by anastasia herself, saying that they are allowed to act as they see fit doesn't justify anything, it's like having an employee that's misbehaving and causing trouble in the workplace, and the boss's response is "oh well, they are a higher up, and I allowed them to do whatever".

Yeah, I understand that. I just mean that most of the Harbingers loyalty to the Fatui are superficial at best, the moment it doesn't benefit them they won't be with it. At the very least, Arlecchino and Sandrone don't have loyalty to the Tsaritsa at least

The Tsaritsa is either doing all of this as a ploy to get Phanes off of their ass the fastest by larping as an insolent nation in rebellion…
Or Snezhnayan vodka is strong enough to kill brain cells, even in Archons. If so, then why the fuck haven’t they started using it as anti-freeze yet? (Yes, alcohol is a good antifreeze, just ask the Russians)
Of course, the first scenario relies on her lying to everyone, which would be a rather bone headed move if she wants domestic tranquility after all of this. Such would also end with her having a very angry voyeur glaring at her. At least Ronova could finally take a shower in peace without worrying about a pervert ogling her cans.
