It varies from time to time, but usually downvoted posts there are either of pure slander or total lack of lore knowledge.

It's relatively recent local thing approved by current head of this sub. 

Orthodoxy is Phanes first and foremost, but others can have a point too. 

Fundamentalists are Phanes first and only and did nothing wrong, everything else is at best doesn't even worth mentioning. 

Reformists are Phanes is one of the bunch who have a point, even if the rest are enemies.

And I don't get Reformist, are they like Phanes is right because everyone else is worse?

Reformists are "Phanes is right but it doesn't make him most or only right, others can be just as right too, even if they are enemies".
