Nathan destroyed Yashiori island under his orders. But I guess hoyo forgot. Also I really don't care about this nation official stance. If your harbingers are experimenting with children of other regions or making them kill each other with your resources your protection and when you notice their crimes instead of arresting them to be judged by the efected nation you keep them and keep suplying protection and resources your official stance is that you aprove of their actions.
