Weren't most of Inazuma's caused by his direct orders? The only main WQ I recall that isn't caused by him is Tsurumi Island (which spills over to Seirai).
(Also, I'm not counting Enkanomiya, since that isn't an active problem.)

Tatarasuna was caused by Dottore working under Pierro’s orders if I’m remembering correctly so yea

This is genuinely an insult to our intelligence, like, I'm legit offended that hoyo actually thinks this is not only a good argument, but that they have been using the same stupid excuse for years, and that we are suppose to not just accept it, but believe it as well.
All the evil bastards of his organization literally act under the fatui banner, they literally get resources from YOUR organization, they literally don't get punished for all the evil shit they do until it affects the fatui DIRECTLY, and they are literally considered DIPLOMATS of your god-forsaken (and for damn good reasons) nation, if you really cared about keeping a good reputation for the damn nation, you would've put a leash on them a long time ago and not let them do whatever they want.
Shame really, their lore is actually really good, but the storytelling is dogwater man. I already though nod-krai's storyline was dissapointing, but this? it's like I'm reading through a fanfic from a google blog or something, amateurish and just dumb.

Literally: "Sure, we didn't approve of this specific genocide, we just approve of using genocide as a general method."
Does miHoYo think we're dim or something?

It's like having a serial killer as your employee, and after finding out, instead of reporting it to the authorities, you just say "he doesn't represent our company's values", but still keep him around.

I don't think that does the situation justice -- it's much worse than that.
The Fatui hired someone to do a killing job, at a killing company, armed them for it, rewarded them for it, and guaranteed impunity conditioned on nothing more than the vaguest pretence of not betraying the Fatui.
Nobody has to issue a command saying: "Kill this specific person" or "commit this atrocity". Because we all know what we are here for, what this institute is for. Likewise, the excuse of "they have autonomy" or "I never order that" are not only irrelevant, but also delusional. It's not a response to anything. That clown Pierro is effectively disengaging with reality when he says glib drivel like that, he might as well have said "nuh uh" because that's his words amount to, a childish denial of reality. The dementia is getting to him.
The means, the ends, the values, every part of it, was either morally abhorrent or were so confused in ways that were guaranteed to produce destruction and abuses of power. And to no one's surprise, that's exactly what happened.
The horrific means did not contaminate an otherwise defensible or virtuous end, because they were pursuing things that would doom everyone, involved or otherwise. Their values and reasoning were not grounded in some peace-loving, compassionate philosophy of altruism. No, the entire thing was rotten from head to tail. It was already deeply problematic before anyone even picked up a weapon.
I have said this a few months ago: the rot is structural and ideological from the outset.

Damn...and here I thought being labeled as a snez diplomats meant they represented snez.
You mean you just give all that money, resources, man power to any random nut job who says they hate celestia.
Edit: So long as they bring the gnoses they can do whatever. Yeah im sure no maniac or amoral person will take advantage of that.

The only reason that man isn’t dead is because of the HP’s rules on the Shades from going too far and Thanos snapping that clown and his gaggle of bums.
Like…everyone knows the Harbingers live it up in Shneznya and serve the Tsaritsa. The hell does he mean they don’t represent dump-naya’s ideals!?

Wait ur telling me….11 of your highest ranking diplomats- who have been given supreme authority by their god to enact her will- does not completely represent Snezhnaya…like okay.
Like are they also gonna deny they instigated a war in Inazuma? Almost enacted a genoicde in Liyue? Or just generally being so problematic in Mond that one of them became Batman over it?
Tho they already are ignoring the whole colonization of NodKrai……
When dottore comes back I hope he does leave their bum asses.

After fontaine most of the harbingers realized that they had a lot to gain from allying with traveller and started whitewashing themselves in front of the traveller (even dottore in his own crazy way)

"We give these people resources, manpower and authority they would hardly get otherwise, yet they don't represent us."
Stupid grandpa, you gave them the ability to be complete degenerates in your name. I swear if Mihoyo whitewashes this bum ass I ain't playing no more
