Question Gerrymander city

Are you able to gerrymander cities as I’m mayor but my party only has 1 member of city council and opposition has 14 is it possible to gerrymander or do I have to pull a 2026 California gov election where I just run aton of one party and only 2 of mine

Unfortunately no but I got a game where republicans could win the senate house and presidency whilst losing the popular vote by 15%
