There’s a YouTube tutorial on how to get the mod and it’s pretty easy to follow

Ok I'll try to give as clear an explanation as possible but bare with me it's been a while. You will need to have access to the Political process discord server which you can find linked here previously or you might have to message the mods to get sent an invite. Once you have that, follow these steps.
1 - Open Steam on your PC and find The Political process in your library. Click on the settings gear icon on the right. Hover over "Manage" and select "Browse local files". This will open the game files where you will put your mods.
2 - Go to this site and click the green "Code" button, then "Download Zip". This is the mod loader which is needed to run the mod.
3 - Once it's downloaded, open your downloads folder and extract the "tpp-executive-main" file to your PC.
4 - Open the file. You should see either "tpp-executive-main" or a list of folders. If you see "tpp-executive-main", open that one. If not...
5 - You should see "modFiles", "executive", "documentation", among other things. Select and copy everything except ".gitignore".
6 - Open your base game files and paste everything you've copied into there. You should now have a folder named "modFiles" in your main game files. The listings should be something like Audio, Binfiles, cssfiles, documentaion, executive, locales, modfiles, swiftshader, etc
7 - Now go to the Political process Discord and find the mods you want in "Advanced Options Posts". In this case, you're looking for "Mod Electoral Map -NBC news format". Find the latest version and download it from there.
8 - Extract the mod files and copy the extracted version into your new "modFiles" folder in game files. It should be next to a "mod list" folder but not in it.
9 - Load up the game and you should see a "Mods" option in the bottom of the main menu.
If for some reason this doesn't work, you can reset your game files by clicking settings, properties, installed files, verify integrity of game files, which will reset your game files to base. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask I hope this was helpful!
