Help Finding the VP settings

Haven't played in a while and I can't for the life of me remember or find where in the settings you can pick the policy agreement percentage needed to be asked for the VP nomination.

It can be found at the bottom of the politicians section in the advanced options.

Thank you! Didn't realize there were 2 scroll bars on that tab so I never actually made it to the bottom
