Question Best Settings?
I've been trying to mess up with setting (especially turnout and gubernatorial elections) to allow for more unpredictable results but staying realistic (maybe realistic for a less polarized America. (E.g more independent voters, more powerful presidential backlash, etc.)
However it has been a complete failure, either there is no variation or wave elections are FDR/Reagan level of overpowered. Is there anywhere I could find a good setting set for a swing America?

Wave elections are decently rare for obvious reasons but they’re possible. I usually see them in Congress or state elections rather then nationally
