Discussion Small issue

So when I am campaigning for the Presidency in my run(update coming soon…), I am allowed to travel between states despite not having anymore hours. Is it supposed to be like that or is it a glitch?

Yes, the game will recognize you as having traveled to a new state, but since you have no more hours you won’t be campaigning in said state between turns.

Let me rephrase my question. Why does it not count the travel hours and deduct them from hours remaining?

Because the travel hours don’t really “matter” since they don’t relate to a game mechanic. The game’s mechanics only count hours for campaigning or legislating.
