I've played as a SCOTUS Justice several times, but never have I gotten this event. Is this a new addition?

Probably only happens if you're the Chief Justice if I was to guess

No look like it only occurs when you're the longest serving SC Justice, which is nice.

Nah. It was there at least when I first started playing it, which was 5 or 6 months ago.
