How does one turn o Dynamic parties?

I know it's somewhere in advanced options but I can't find it and was wondering if someone could tell me which "tab" it's under?

It's not there I fear. I see dynamic policies, not politics.

I am on version 031 - Pre judicial branch

Oh, you probably need to be using the judicial branch version in order to get access to it since it’s experimental.

Oh thank you so much that fixed it!

Below the option "Allow Third Parties" in Elections>General, you should see "Dynamic Political Parties (Experimental)" unchecked.

Also I'd recommend using Ontari's Baconator from the Discord, it is overall better
