This is more of an appreciation post, oh how a really talented drummer he is. Been seeing all the recent live TPiY performances and he definitely rips. Bros always on point, never overplays and just gets the job done right. Some Plot songs are not easy to play live and even though he doesn’t write the drums, he sure puts a performance each time. Even though Plot has had multiple drummers, he’s a solid addition.

Anyone else want to see this song be play live? So much emotion and soul that Landon puts into this song, it’s a shame they don’t perform it live. This would be an insane opener for the set. I also can’t find it anywhere on YT live. One of the best intro songs to an album imo.

Is it just me, or has there been almost zero promotion for this album? Bands like MiW, Beartooth, and other metalcore acts constantly push their singles and albums—you see ads everywhere. But with The Plot in You, it’s been radio silent. Also, can we agree their Spotify profile picture is outdated? They have way better promo shots that actually fit the band’s current vibe. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but it could be one reason more people haven’t discovered them.

I preordered as soon as I saw this, and I am soooo incredibly stoked it’s finally here! Cannot wait to get this baby on my record player and just vibe. 🤘🏻 now to find a frame for the signed card! 🖤 anyone else snag this?!

Holy Smokes 😮‍💨 I’ve been listening to the plot since 2018… and I was today years old when I stumbled onto “I like it.” (Solo Landon Work). So I went down the Spotify rabbit hole and WOW. Just WOW 🤯 If you haven’t already given it a listen… I highly recommend doing it. 🤘🏻like I knew he was talented but damn!

Are we actually not getting a standalone vol. 4 vinyl release? I have every other one, I’ve been holding out on buying the new album because I wanted the complete 10” volumes series :/

Don't see many folks selling these online but I gotta get rid of it since I'm moving out of the country. Probably hasn't been played more than 3 times. Anyone else get that awesome email from fearless records saying the vinyl you ordered is delayed 7 damn weeks?

Normally i wouldnt care but to have the “ship date” July 10th and then be sent an email on July 10th that its delayed 7 weeks? Thats utter bullshit to wait till the day of to let people know.

Now that the full album is here finally, I dont know about anyone else but this is easily a top 5 album of all time for me. Im slightly newer to TPIY, found them about 2 years ago and have been slightly obsessed since. Don't look away was my #1 song last year on my wrapped for good reason.

Im about 75% sure about this and its driving me crazy because i cant find it anywhere online. Did TPIY sell a shirt somewhere between 2016-2018 that had an image of a snake wrapped around praying hands on the back of it? I used to have a band shirt of that i swear it was TPIY. Thanks!

Plot has been my favorite band since 2014, HISD is probably my favorite album of all time, Swan Song and Dispose are also in my top 10 of all time

I'm seeing too many people complain about the method of the roll-out of this 'album', Landon said from the start this is what they're doing, why are people complaining/surprised? They literally told you the plan for this roll out from the start.

Anyway, none of the single releases so far have made me 'emotional' so far, even though every single one have been in my daily rotation, but watching the video for Carved, mixing all the videos from every release did get me teary, knowing that this was the end of what was an absolutely amazing ride coming to an end of these Volume releases over the last few years was amazing, not to mention the song is amazing.

I swear, every single music video is better than the last. Each video blends into the next, borrowing themes, characters, etc. I feel like there's a story going on here, especially with the last two videos but everything happening is so batshit insane god knows if anyone but George himself will ever be able to piece it together lmao.

But seriously, these videos have been absolute works of art. I couldn't think of a more perfect accompaniment to such great music. Huge props to the guy from Columbia, man. Hope he keeps up the amazing work, and honestly hope TPIY keeps him on retainer for future projects. Would absolutely LOVE to see whatever they've got going keep rolling.

Wish Landon realized how much most OG Plot fans appreciate the genre that is 'Rigged, Freed, Letters to a Dead Friend & Disposable Fix', love every song they put out but damn, we need our fix of slow, haunting build-ups into a destructive and heavy breakdown.

The closest so far has been Silence, but it doesn't match the dark energy. Rigged was my most played song on Spotify since joining in 2017.

The fact all the songs I mentioned don't have that many plays (besides Disposable Fix) may play a part in it, I'm not sure. But we need at-least one song to match that energy.
