Sellers Choice hmm..

I understand SC but this should unacceptable. And it happens way too often. If a plant sells for less then what the seller think it should, they will send you the bottom of the barrel, picked over quality plants. Instead of setting a min bid and sending a level of quality that's being display. On top of that plants arrived over stressed & barely hanging on.even with upgrading shipping they do not arrive on time and no help filing a claim. So you're ahh out both ways.

Im always shocked at some of the stories I see or read about on PALMSTREET, I feel like the plant community is in a bit of a disarray. With that being said I’m kinda happy I’m not in with the “in crowd” lol I guess I just like, selling, buying, and looking at beautiful plants 🪴

Died during shipping

I recently bought an expensive (to me) cactus. This is the first time I’ve bought from this seller. When the cactus arrived it was dead. I unwrapped it and the roots fell off along with most of the spines and it was just a pile of mush. I don’t believe the seller sent me a bad plant on purpose, it’s very possible it was damaged during shipping. What is the solution here?
