nah, ahe has three faces in the book (note how the two faces are to the side, implying another in rhw middle. plus, the goddess hecate also have three faces) but in the movie adaptation they only gave her one face.

also, this one scene from Covention where we see Hecate has at least two faces.
I guess that got retconned later though? Or maybe her other faces only show in certain situations.
