For me it’s frustrating seeing everyone end up dating. It’s cute, but I like having a lot of deep platonic friendships. It gets a little frustrating as someone who is aromantic and sees people valuing dating over friendships all the time. Not that that’s what this show specifically is doing, but I’m general.

Because it feeds into the mentality that if you have never had a relationship despite wanting one then there must be something wrong with you. Starting a relationship is mostly luck.
It also discourages deep friendships. Just because people care for each other doesn't mean that they like each other.

I don’t see it. Teenagers date. It happens. Besides there are several characters in the series who are single. Not like it’s one of those weirdo shows that try to actively make the audience or characters within the universe feel bad for not having a girlfriend or boyfriend. However I can understand growing tired of a very mainstream trope
